These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Linkly link shortening service at shrtly.info (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Linkly is a free service that shortens long URLs, tracks clicks on your links, and generates QR codes. No payment or credit card is required to use any feature.

2. Your Account

Shortening a link does not require an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account and its links at any time by contacting support@shrtly.info.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • shorten or share URLs that are unlawful, infringe the rights of others, or contain malware;
  • phish, defraud, or deceive users about the destination of a link;
  • send spam, abuse, or unsolicited bulk traffic;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or our infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove links or accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Links and Content

You are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten and the content at their destinations. Linkly does not review the destinations of shortened links. Password-protected links are only revealed to visitors who supply the correct password.

5. Availability; No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
